Reporting Duties in South Tyrol: Alloggiati, ASTAT, TIC & LTS at a Glance
Hosting guests in South Tyrol also means: reporting. To the police, to the statistics office, to the province's tourism systems. Doing that three times by hand means typing the same data three times. There's another way.
The systems at a glance
Alloggiati Web is the legally required guest report to the state police. ASTAT collects the province's tourism statistics. On top come tourism systems like TIC and the LTS—for example around the Südtirol Guest Pass. Your tourism association knows exactly which duties apply to your business—only the official portals are complete and binding (see sources below).
The real problem: duplicate entry
Name, birth date, origin, arrival, departure—at their core, all reports need the same guest data. Without software, that means logging in multiple times, retyping multiple times, multiplying error sources. And all of it on arrival day, when the reception has the least time.
Capture once, report everywhere
The key is capturing the data only once—ideally from the guests themselves, before arrival, via online check-in. From there it lands in the PMS, and the interfaces to Alloggiati Web, ASTAT, TIC, and LTS help themselves automatically.
That's exactly how Anexis works: CHECKIN! collects the data, the ROOMS! PMS manages it, the interfaces handle the reporting channels.
What you gain
No missed deadlines, no typos in official reports, no duplicate work—and a reception that looks after guests on arrival day instead of portals.
Official sources
Legal requirements can change. Only the information and guides of the official authorities are complete and binding:
