How it works

Automatic access
The guest clicks the link in the automated pre-arrival email and lands straight in the pre-filled form. Without a link, it works just as well with manual entry of the booking code and email address. No account, no login.

Already pre-filled
Name and email from the booking are already entered. The guest only fills in what's missing.

Registration form & ID document
The guest's birth date, nationality, residence, and ID data.

Straight into the ROOMS! PMS
Once submitted, the data is ready at the reception right away—no retyping needed.

Registration data & documents

- Optional invoice to a company with VAT ID, tax number, and address
- Certified email (PEC) or recipient code for Italian e-invoicing
- Only shown when the guest needs it—the form stays short for everyone else
At the reception
- Data lands automatically in the ROOMS! PMS—no more retyping
- Arrival time and notes about the arrival known in advance
- License plate and tax number can be switched on if your property needs them—handy for automated parking-barrier access, for example
