The guest chooses occupancy, period, and room including rate and extras—availability and price in real time, straight from your PMS.

Contact and guest details plus the required consents.

In the summary, redeem a discount code and see the deposit—payment is by card (Stripe, Hobex, Nexi XPay), bank transfer, or on site.

The booking lands as a reservation in the ROOMS! PMS—the guest gets a confirmation page with every detail.

Key features

Extras by room equipment

Guests only see extras that fit their unit—the dog, for example, only in apartments that allow pets
You set how often an extra can be booked (e.g. max. 1 dog per apartment) and whether it's charged per item or per night
Matching runs automatically via the unit's equipment, optionally limited to a period

Several units in one booking

Two families travel together: guests add more units, each with its own occupancy, meal plan, and extras (same arrival and departure)
One total price, one deposit, one confirmation

Children by age

Guests enter each child's age, and the price adjusts automatically
You set child prices or free children in your price lists

Calendar with price per night

Before choosing the arrival, guests see the lowest price per night for their number of guests on each day
Once the arrival is chosen, every possible departure shows the price per night for exactly that stay
Dates that can't be booked can be requested, if you've enabled requests

Your rules apply automatically

Minimum and maximum stay, arrival days, blocked periods, and lead time: the widget only offers dates that match your rules

Payment & deposit

You choose the payment methods and set the deposit (percentage or fixed amount)
By card, only the deposit is charged right away; with bank transfer or on-site payment, the reservation is confirmed immediately
On short notice, the widget hides payment methods that no longer fit

Discount codes

Campaign codes, e.g. for your newsletter: a percentage or fixed amount off the room price
Valid for stays within a period, one code per booking, and the price updates instantly
Requires the DISCOUNT CODE! module

Inquiry instead of booking

If enabled, guests can send a non-binding inquiry—for dates that can't be booked, it's the only option
The inquiry lands in ROOMS! just like with REQUEST! and doesn't block availability

After the booking

The confirmed booking lands in ROOMS! as a reservation; you're notified there, and by email if you wish
Guests see a confirmation page with every detail and, if you wish, get an email with price, deposit, and cancellation terms

Several properties, your design

One widget covers all your properties; guests choose their property first
You set the colors yourself in the admin; the widget takes its font from your website, and you choose the language per page (DE, EN, IT)
